With the help of the educational videos available online through Niche Profit Classroom as well as other great online resources, I taught myself how to do all of my own site creation, web design, writing, link building, and search engine optimization – for better or for worse.

I have always been interested in running an online business but I sort of fell into niche marketing by accident – now I couldn’t be happier that I did. Niche marketing, by the way, is just a fancy way of saying I target specific, not broad markets (for example, “cooking” is a broad market but “gourmet sandwiches” would be a niche. ) I really do enjoy writing about the topics I choose and the fact that I can use this as a method to make money AND learn other profitable skills is really amazing. Learning how to quickly and efficiently build sites that turn a profit while costing me very little to run has been one of the best decisions I made in years. This kind of work is probably the best fit for my otherwise very impractical liberal arts degree.

These days I have been getting an increasing number of questions from readers about how I create and market my sites, whether or not I am actually making money (I am but I haven’t bought a small island…yet) and if I feel my investment with Niche Profit Classroom was worth it. This site is meant to answer all those questions and share improvements to the system that I have discovered through trial and error.

This series of five videos will show you how to choose a profitable niche market, how to select the EXACT keywords to bring traffic to your site, and most importantly – how to convert visitors into customers.

The information in these free videos is so simple and presented so clearly that most people will be able to use the techniques right away to make money. I know that’s what I did – I just watched and took notes. However, some of you may want access to the specialized software and resources (like step by step video instruction) provided by Niche Profit Classroom (this is the route I chose to go as I was interested in speeding up my development process and I felt I needed more explanations in areas where my skills were weaker.)

What I like best about the techniques of Niche Marketing 2.0 that Adam and Alan teach is that it is really just a method of making money online – it doesn’t have to be limited specifically to niche marketing if that is not your thing – this method would still work well for a business minded blogger, online retailer, or affiliate marketer.
